Scheduled maintenance on the messaging broker that powers communication between Zapster API services. Our infrastructure provider will apply a routine version update (latest patch) to keep the platform secure and stable.

Expected to take less than 1 hour. We deliberately picked a low-traffic window.

We don't expect downtime. During a short window while the broker restarts, you may notice brief delays:

  • Outbound messages: still accepted via the API and queued; delivered to WhatsApp as soon as the broker is back.
  • Incoming messages: held briefly and processed right after.
  • Webhooks — paused momentarily and delivered once processing resumes.

No messages are lost: queues are persistent, instances reconnect automatically, and our internal retries recover transient failures.
